We will give you a gift...the 1 purpose of the call that will without a doubt help you.
We'll explain the brief agenda, which is...
We'll ask questions to get to know you and then you ask us questions about us to determine if we're a good fit for each other.
We'll explain the process for your case and the fact we do not provide legal advice until you become a client.
Then we will explain how to become a client. Hint: sign and pay for criminal defense cases.
You will leave our meeting with peace of mind and confident on the next steps.
Lastly, if we agree we both want to work together we will work out the financials and let you know the exact steps to become our client.
Make sure to be on the call for the gift!
Great question! Our firm is hybrid. We are set-up to provide service in a 100% virtual environment. This means that all communication is done by phone, email, Zoom or through Google Meet. Your initial no-fee consultion is conducted virtually.
However, we know the importance of finding and investing in the best attorney/law firm you can so we have office hours available by appointment only. If we decide we're a good fit and want to take you on as a client and you want to invest in us we will gladly schedule an in-person meetings to fit your busy schedule and preference to sign up in person.
Your initial no-fee consultation is 100% free! We know it's a stressful time and we want to help you, whether you hire us or not. We do this as a service and are interviewing you as much as you are interviewing us.
It is important to work with an attorney and law firm that you know, like and trust so we strive to get to know each other, build trust and make sure we're a good fit.
We have a 100% no growth minded policy...meaning we don't work with anyone that isn't kind, a good person and wanting to grow and improve in life like we are.
Yes and no. Because we are a virtual law firm, we use technology to help us better service our clients. Text messages are a piece of technology that we use - however, the number you receive those messages from is used by the office, as a whole. Which means your attorney, paralegal and legal assistant will be able to see it and may response. It will not go to one specific person.
Without knowing anything about you, your situation, your history or the solution thats needed, it's impossible for us to quote a fee prior to knowing this informaiton. That's why it's important you show up for your no-fee consultation.
Great question. As much as we want to we can't.
You know how when you go to the doctor the doctor isn't the one answering the phones, intaking you, taking your vitals or doing the other jobs. The doctor is doing exactly what she does best, be a doctor.
Also, for liability purposes the doctor is not on the front line and risking their license.
We are set up like this. Our team members aren't all attorneys but they are really good at helping you. They are in the positions they're in to utitlize their skill sets for your advantage. We have found and trained the best team available to help you.
We use automations at times to help you remember your meetings and provide helpful information. At any time, if you don't want to receive these, simply unsbuscribe or reply stop for text/sms messages.
Please stay opted in to receive the messages and helpful information.
Absolutely! You don't want the cheapest attorney. We aren't the cheapest attorneys.
We understand that you may not have to toal investment need to obtain the absolute best legal services like we provide.
It is difficult to plan for investing in something you definitely didn't plan for. For that reason, we've partnered with Affirm for all installments, which can provide up to 24-months for repayment. You can also check sample payment plans by clicking on the "Pay Later" option at https://secure.lawpay.com/pages/nash-and-associates/paylater and entering various loan amounts.
If we choose to work with you and you were denied by Affirm after it's quick-decision application, we can provide you with a couple of options to make payments directly to the office. However, it is firm policy that this option is ONLY available after denial through our Affirm portal. Rest assured, checking your eligibility for Affirm will NOT impact your credit score. You can learn more about ClientCredit through Affirm at https://www.lawpay.com/affirm/.
